scheduled game time will forfeit the game.
Pitching
No bouncies. A pitch
that is higher than 1 foot at the plate is an illegal pitch and is
considered a ball.
Kicking
All kicks must be made behind the plate.
Any kick in front of the home plate is a strike.
Bunting is not allowed.

The kicker is out after the 4th foul.
Running
Leading off or stealing is not allowed.
A runner off his/her base when the ball is kicked is out.
Hitting a runner with the ball in the head is not allowed.
Any player hit in the head is safe and advances one base. If
the runner intentionally uses the head to block the ball, the umpire
may call the runner out.
After a kicked ball is caught, runners must tag their originating
base before running to the next base.
If the runner has not moved off the base before the ball is
caught, the runner may simply run without tagging up.
One base on an overthrow out of bounds.
If overthrown on the field, ball is still in play and runners
can advance until ball is called dead by the ump (in pitchers
control on the mound).
Strikes/Balls
Three (3) strikes is an out.
A strike is any pitched ball within the strike zone (12 inches from
either side of the plate), either not kicked, or missed by the

bounds but rolls out of bounds before it reaches 1st base or 3rd
base.

Outs
Three (3) outs, per side, per inning.
An out is any count of 3 strikes or 4 fouls, a runner touched by a
ball (other than on the head) while not on base, any caught foul
ball (without the aid of an object – i.e. bench, person, etc…), a
tag on a base to which a runner is forced to, or a runner who is off
the base when the ball is kicked.
Ball in Play
Once the pitcher has the ball in control and on the mound, the play
ends.
If a player intentionally touches or stops the ball, the play ends.
Player is out.
Obstruction
Fielders must stay out of the baseline. Fielders trying to make an
out on base may have their foot on base, but must lean out of the
baseline. Runners hindered by any fielder within the baseline, not
making an active play for the ball, shall be safe at the base to
which they were running. Runners may choose to advance beyond this
base while the ball is still in play.
